We still have 2 yearlings & one 2 year old ram for sale. Prices have been greatly reduced to get these boys out working, instead of standing around a hay bale. We had folks travel from Manitoba and Ontario to purchase rams of the same quality as these. Please see customer comments below.

DJA220B - 650.00

DJA256C - 550.00

  1. Hello popped in to say how pleased I am with the ram i bought well worth the trip from Ontario to buy him. I really am pleased with his temperament he minds his own business and he has never bullied the ewes around the hay feeders which is one of my personal pet peeves. He is running with 57 open ewes and has stayed in good condition with only hay and fall pasture. He can really cover ground you can tell he is used to travelling one other thing that has impressed me is that we have been really wet and his feet have been perfect. The only negative comment i have is driving out of your drive way when i had room for one more huge mistake on my part i sure wish i had grabbed one of these you have left be a damn shame when they get spread all over. I will know better next time don't miss out on good opportunity when it presents itself

  2. We are so pleased with all 3 rams that we purchased from Avery's Katahdins. Each one is a beautiful example of the many years of selective breeding that has gone into this program. They are very impressive, well put together rams with ample bone and muscle, excellent feet and pristine coats. Their temperaments are great and they are very easy to work with.
The plan was to get 2 but we couldn't resist a third which was all we could fit in the trailer. The drive from Manitoba was more than worth the trip to add these genetics to our flock. I can't wait to see their lambs!
