When they're at the trough

I so like being able to assess everyone when they are at the trough. I can do a little scoring, check feet, udders (on the ones drying up and the ones still feeding). I can also appreciate the consistency (of the ewes) or lack there of (in the lambs). With that being said, the June lambs have done extremely well, so I wish retract my original concerns with breeding ewe lambs at 10 months of age.  I am very happy with these young moms and their babies!
Not hard to pick out the one "single" in the crowd....we call her Bertha Butt
